To-Let (“we”, “us”) is a Dhaka-focused residential rental marketplace currently in pre-launch. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it. We comply with the spirit of Bangladesh’s Personal Data Protection Act 2026 and collect only what is necessary.
What we collect
- Waitlist form: name, email address, optional area in Dhaka, and the role you select (renter / owner / agent).
- Technical: basic browser and device information that your browser sends automatically (no third-party analytics trackers on this page at launch).
How we use it
- To notify you when To-Let launches in your area or when relevant features go live.
- To understand demand by neighbourhood and role so we can prioritise supply seeding.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We never request or store National ID (NID) numbers on this site.
Storage & retention
Waitlist data is stored securely. We keep it only until you ask us to delete it or until the product has launched and the waitlist is no longer needed (whichever is earlier). You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Contact us via the email or WhatsApp channel published on the site once live, or reply to any waitlist confirmation email.
Changes
If we expand data collection (for example when the full marketplace launches with phone OTP), we will update this policy and, where required, ask for fresh consent.
